Delivery charges apply for rest of Europe
At this time we DO NOT ship outside of the EU

Delivery times vary depending on what time the order reaches us and the next available posting date.
We aim to despatch within 1-3 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
EU countries please allow 10-28 days for you order to arrive.
You will be notified by email once your order has been despatched.
We may use the courier service we believe to be the most reliable and effective depending on your order.
At times we rely on third parties to delivery your order, we cannot be held responsible for their reliability and accuracy.
Most orders will require a signature upon delivery, if nobody is at the destination address to sign for the order, it will be taken to your nearest sorting office or depot ready for collection.
You must collect your order within 7 days or it maybe returned to us.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable they will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped. Alternatively, we may refund you the cost of the products minus the delivery charge.

Returns

Please inspect your purchase on the same day it is delivered.
We allow upto 14 days for returns and refunds.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are allowed to open the item to inspect the goods, but not use them. Care must be taken to avoid damaging the packaging as you may lose your rights to return the item.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods.

In order to return a item to us, simply inform us using our contact page.
Please give reasons and details for the return. We will then reply with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods).
